1. Custom Orders
All work commissioned through WorkBench Creations ("we," "us") is handmade to order in Royal Oak, MI. Because every piece is made individually, small variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and are not defects.
2. Proofs & Approval
Before production begins on a custom job, we will send a digital proof or mockup for your review. Production does not start until you approve the proof in writing (email or the confirmation on this site).
3. Customer-Submitted Artwork
If you upload reference images, logos, or artwork as part of a job order, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it, and that you are requesting a personal, one-off commissioned piece rather than merchandise for resale. WorkBench Creations reserves the right to decline any order.
4. Payment & Lead Time
Custom work is quoted individually after we review your job order. A deposit may be required before production begins. Lead times vary by piece and will be communicated with your quote.
5. Limitation of Liability
WorkBench Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any piece purchased. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
